• Spa Treatments & Relaxing Massages

  Chair Massage: $1 per minute

  Swedish Massage:
  This massage is very refreshing and relaxing. It combines basic strokes; kneading; strokes; and small circles.  It helps to reduce tension, improve relaxation, soothe sore muscles and increase circulation.

  Reflexology:
  An ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage (usually on the feet, but also hands and ears) to restore the flow of energy throughout the entire body.
  $1 per minute

  Therapeutic Massage:
  An intensified and deep penetrating massage using pressure- point techniques to release muscle tension on specific problem areas and restores the body’s natural flow of energy.

  Bamboo Massage:
  A technique that incorporates bamboo stalks of varying lengths and diameters to provide deep-tissue work. The massage itself promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception, and lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

  Sticks and Stones Massage:
  This massage combines the above Bamboo Massage and Hot Stone Massage.

  The Yellow Rose of Texas Body Treatment:
  This luxurious, relaxing treatment uses organically grown Rose preparations.  It is designed to renew and regenerate the skin.  The treatment begins with a body exfoliating scrub to prepare the skin for the ultimate of body treatments followed by massaging techniques to relieve the body from stress and tension.  You then are wrapped cocoon-style in a blanket and sheet to allow the essential oils and herbs to be absorbed into the body.  This treatment is a nice compliment to a Rose Facial and/or Rose Pedicure.  This treatment is safe for pregnant women and is found to be Lake Austin Spa’s ultimate body treatment.

  Sea Salt Glow:
  Choice of Plain Sea Salt, Peppermint Rosemary or Lavender
  Dampened mineral sea salts mixed with essential oils, gently massaged over the body using a light circular motion to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, and invigorate the skin; lifting off dead skin cells leaving the skin glowing, well toned and refreshed.  Followed by a shower rinse.

  Aromatic Moor Wrap
  This is Therapeutic, Tension relieving, Anti-Fatigue, Mineralizing, Rejuvenating, and Moisturizing.

  Energize: Desert Heat Body Wrap
  Experience this warm, soothing, bubbling wrap formulated to vanquish fatigue and stress.  Delivering nature’s richest Red Seaweed and mineralizing golden Arizona D Desert Mud, enriched with copper, magnesium, and zinc.  As healing and nourishing minerals seep in, every inch of skin is relieved and renewed resulting in a fatigue-free, fit and mineralized body.

  Cellu-Lite:  Green Coffee Body Wrap
  Slim and tone your body with a cutting edge cellulite treatment.  This slimming and toning wrap stimulates your body’s ability to break down fat, increase metabolism and eliminate water retention.  Pure 100% Micronized Green Coffee, naturally rich in Chlorogenic Acid, Polysaccharides, Proteins, and Essential Oils, smoothes and enhances your skin’s overall texture, visibly reducing spongy or dimply, cellulitic areas.

  River Stone Massage:
  Massage technique where a combination of polished heated basalt lava stones and clod white marble stones are placed on specific areas of the body to enhance and aid in the relaxation and restoration of the mind & body.

  Pregnancy Massage
  A massage using special, gentle and soothing techniques to relieve the discomfort and pain that may develop in various parts of the body while pregnant.  This massage is very refreshing and relaxing.

  European Spa Facial
  A deep pore cleansing facial that will renew and rejuvenate your skin.  You will receive a consultation, skin analysis, deep pore cleansing, exfoliation, p.h. balancing, customized botanical mask and appropriate moisturizers.

  The Yellow Rose of Texas Facial
  This luxurious, relaxing treatment uses organically grown Rose preparations.  It is designed to renew and regenerate the skin.  Stress relieving massage techniques are used to release tension in the scalp, arm, neck and shoulders as well as the face, to enhance the experience of this unique aromatic facial.  This one of Lake Austin Spa’s favorite facials.

  Refreshing Hydration - Plantomer Mask
  Visibly enhance your skin’s texture and maximize hydration.  This refreshing lift-off mask combines the hydrating benefits of Seaweed with revitalizing Propolis, a natural healing and desensitizing substance.  Soothing, nourishing and calming, it renders skin undeniably radiant.

  Dermaplanning
  A deep exfoliation of the skin that removes unwanted facial hair easily without the pain of waxing or tweezing. Skin products sit better afterwards and it’s great for individuals who suffer acne scars or problems of uneven skin tone. Smoother skin is immediately apparent. This service is recommended for women only.

  Microdermabrasion:
